Beverley Lodge
Beverley Lodge Options 2025:
- Single room ensuite: £330 per week
- Large single room ensuite: £360 per week
For new bookings where the stay takes place between now and 30th May 2025, we are offering a £30 per week discount. From 31st May 2025 onwards, the regular price applies.
Communal Facilities
- Large, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas with all facilities including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
- Laundry room with iron and washing machine
- Sunny outside garden
- Wifi throughout the building
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are bright and well decorated:
- 6 en-suite bedrooms with double beds (single occupancy)
- Every room includes a bed, secure safe, chair, desk and storage cupboard
Meals
- Beverley Lodge is a self-catering accommodation so you will be able to prepare your own food in our large, well-equipped kitchen.
Services
- We do not provide any towels in the student houses. Please bring your own towels.
- Bedding is provided.
- Communal areas are cleaned daily, and bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned once a week.
Please note:
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the house or garden.
- There is no member of staff in Beverley Lodge.
Booking conditions
- Booking is from Saturday to Saturday only.
- Assisted check-in, without fee, on Saturdays only between 13:00 and 17:00
- Key box for late arrivals between 17:00 & 21:00 on Saturdays and on Sundays between 09:00 and 21:00
- If you prefer an assisted check-in outside these times there is a charge of £90.00. Paid assisted check-in is available on Saturdays between 17:00 - 20:00 and on Sundays between 09:00 - 20:00. We cannot check students in after 20.00
- Check-out before 12.00 midday on last Saturday
- Breakage deposit is £300 (refundable)
- Minimum age: 18
- Payment: first 4 weeks at the time of booking and balance on arrival
- Supplement of £60 is applied to the first week of all Student House options
