IELTS or International English Language Testing System assesses the English language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as the language of communication. Our IELTS with pre-sessional English courses not only prepare students for the IELTS exam, but also give guidance on academic study techniques for use at an English-speaking university.

Choose from our 1 to 10 weeks IELTS preparation courses below. Please note that the 4-week IELTS Express course does not include a pre-sessional English language component while the 10-week courses do. 

We also have a range of online IELTS courses, both full-time and part-time. 

The fee for the IELTS Academic Module is £193.

WSE Holiday Dates

All students can start their course on any Monday throughout the year. Please note that some public holidays in the UK fall on a Monday in which case students will start their course on the Tuesday. 

The school closes for Christmas and New Year on Friday 20 December 2024 and re-opens on Monday 6th January 2025.

Holiday dates for 2025 are:

Please note that there is no reduction in the course fees where a course includes a public holiday.
