Goodbye Barbara
It was a very sad day on Wednesday when we said goodbye to Barbara Goodson, our wonderful Registrar and a very important member of the WSE team who has now retired.   Barbara first joined us in 1994, which makes her one of our longest-serving members of staff. A few tears were shed as we thanked her for everything she has done for the school. Thank you Barbara for your amazing contribution to WSE!   We are all going to miss you enormously.

New Director of Studies Susanna Wright
We are delighted to welcome Susanna Wright as our new Director of Studies.      Susanna has joined WSE from Stafford House and has a wealth of experience in the industry having worked in ELT since 2006. Since then, she has spent time working and living in Thailand, Australia, Bournemouth and London. School Closed for Queen Elizabeth's Funeral
On Monday, 19th September, a public holiday has been declared for the Queen's state funeral which will take place in Westminster Abbey. This will be the first UK state funeral in more than half a century. On this day, all schools in the UK, including Wimbledon School of English, will close as we join the rest of the country for a day of mourning.
