The residence is in the attractive Merton Park area of Wimbledon, close to the town centre and a great choice of transport options. WSE students staying at Signal House will have the opportunity to join social events with the other university students living in the residence

• The flat has nine beautifully designed ensuite study-bedrooms, with a fully equipped shared kitchen

• Air conditioning in every bedroom and kitchen

• 24 hour CCTV
• Signal House staff on site 24 hours a day, always available to answer questions and help out
• The reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items

• Kitchens are cleaned once a week
• You are responsible for cleaning your own study-bedroom (cleaning equipment is provided)
• All bedding
• Kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, saucepans, etc)
• Towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own towel

Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the residence

 Booking conditions

• Booking is from Saturday to Saturday only.
• Assisted check-in, without fee, on Saturdays only between 13:00 and 17:00
• Check-out before 12.00 midday on last Saturday
• Breakage deposit is £300 (refundable)
• Minimum age: 18
• Payment: first 4 weeks at the time of booking and balance on arrival
• Supplement of £60 is applied to the first week of all accommodation options

 Bed size

A small double bed is 4 feet wide and 6 feet 3 inches long. It is 120 cm wide and 190 cm long. In the UK, some people also call it a "queen size" or "three quarter" bed.
