Independent homestay

Independent Homestay — 2026 Fees:

• Standard Independent Room (Shared bathroom) - £200 per week
• Standard Plus Independent Room (Private or en-suite bathroom) - £250 per week
• Superior Independent Room (Private or en-suite bathroom) - £300 per week

Independent Homestay — 2027 Fees:

• Standard Independent Room (Shared bathroom) - £205 per week
• Standard Plus Independent Room (Private or en-suite bathroom) - £255 per week
• Superior Independent Room (Private or en-suite bathroom) - £310 per week

Accommodation Features

• Self-catering. Full use of the kitchen, but meals are not included.
• Maximum journey time is 35 minutes by bus or three stops on the underground/train. During our peak season, some journeys may take longer or involve more stops.
• Over 18s only
• Bed linen and towels provided
• Weekly cleaning

2027 Booking Conditions

• Arrival and departure days: Saturday or Sunday
• Check-in between 07:30 and 23:00
• A £60 supplement is applied to the first week of all Homestay options.
• An £80 supplement per week applies for stays over the 2-week Christmas holidays.
• A £20 summer supplement per week applies to host family accommodation from Saturday 26 June to Sunday 1 August 2027.
