Planning to study English in London this summer with Wimbledon School of English (WSE) or English Study Camps? We know that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. That's why we've introduced Special Temporary Terms & Conditions to give students and parents extra reassurance when booking.
Extra Flexibility if Your Flight Is Disrupted or Cancelled
If your flight is disrupted or cancelled, you have two options.
▶️ Postpone your course
You can change your course dates up to the day of departure with no penalty. Simply check with us that your preferred course and accommodation are available on your new dates.
▶️ Cancel your booking
If you cancel up to seven days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your course and accommodation fees, less any bank charges.
If you cancel within seven days of your arrival, you will receive a course credit voucher valid for one year from your original start date. If you have booked accommodation, a one week accommodation cancellation fee will apply.
Travel Insurance Is Still Important
While these temporary terms provide additional flexibility, Wimbledon School of English (WSE) and English Study Camps strongly recommend that all students take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any costs associated with flight disruption.

These Special Temporary Terms & Conditions apply to bookings affected by flight disruption or cancellation and are valid from 1 May 2026 until 30 September 2026, when they will be reviewed.
