Cottenham Park will close after June and is available to book until Saturday June 27th 2026.

Available Cottenham Park 2 Options 2026:

• Cottenham Park Single room - ensuite  £305 per week
• Cottenham Park Single room - private bathroom £275 per week
• Cottenham Park Single room - shared bathroom £210 per week
• Cottenham Park Large room - shared bathroom £245 per week

 What’s included?

• Kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, saucepans, etc)
• Bed linen
• WiFi
• Laundry facilities (washing machine and iron)
• TV in each bedroom
• Communal areas are cleaned weekly, study-bedroom and bath/shower rooms are cleaned weekly
• We do not provide any towels in the student houses. Please bring your own towels

 Communal Facilities

• A large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area with all the facilities you will need including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer
• Laundry room with iron, washing machine and clothes dryer
• Large garden
• Free Wi-Fi throughout
• CCTV in communal areas

 Meals

• Cottenham Park 2 is a self-catering accommodation so you will be able to prepare your own food in our large, well-equipped kitchen

 Please note:

• No smoking is allowed anywhere in the house or garden
• There is no member of staff in Cottenham Park 2
• The property is not exclusively for WSE students. Rooms may also be booked and used by members of the public

 Booking conditions

• Booking is from Saturday to Saturday only
• Assisted check-in is available, without fee, on Saturdays only between 13:00 and 17:00
• Check-out for student houses is by 12.00 midday on your last Saturday
• If you prefer an assisted check-in outside these times there is a charge of £80.00
• Paid assisted check-in is available on Saturdays between 17:00 and 20:00 and on Sundays between 09:00 and 20:00
• Cottenham Park does not have any key box facilities
• Breakage deposit is £300 (refundable)
• Minimum age: 18
• Payment: first 4 weeks at the time of booking and balance on arrival
• Supplement of £60 is applied to the first week of all Student House options
