A few months ago, Wimbledon School of English held a competition to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. The prize was 2 weeks free tuition at the school! We asked all entrants to write 50 words explaning why they wanted to study at WSE. We were blown away with the quality of the entries! Elene from Georgia was our first winner to take up her place at the school. Here she tell us more about her time at WSE...

 

"Hello, I’m Elene and I’m from Georgia. I couldn’t even imagine that I would win the competition! It was unbelievable! My prize was a 2 week scholarship at Wimbledon School of English.

It was my first time away from Georgia. I studied at WSE for 2 weeks, although it is a little time for those who want to improve their English I was so happy just to be here! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Studying at WSE was one of the best experiences of my life. I learnt a lot and made many new friends from different countries. I’m very sad to leave; I would like to come back. It definitely was the  best summer I have ever had, all because of the people and the teachers."
